91-0!
So listen to this! A High school football team from Naples, Florida MASSACRED (for lack of a better word, lol) another team from Estero Florida to the tune of get this, 91-0!
Now I played High school in football and I would have given my left arm to see a score like that in our favor! I think the most we ever beat somebody by was like 42-0. How in the world do you lose a game that badly and inversely, what are you doing right to win a game that big? Turns out one team is still building up their roster while the other has star players that are being watched by NCAA Division 1 Schools. But even with such prodigious players something had to be wrong with the Estero team defense to allow 13 TOUCHDOWNS! Lol That must have been so embarrassing.
According to the report I read, the coach for the Naples team was getting nasty e-mails from parents of both teams before the game was even over. The Estero teams parents complaints were over the unnecessary humiliation and the Naples team parents were complaining about their children’s lack of playing time!
And according to reports across the country, that wasn’t the worse defeat of the night. In Ohio, Beechcroft High beat Centennial High at 96-0! Apparently they even took knees at the end of the fourth to make sure that the score didn’t enter into triple digits. I guess the only consolation that the Estero team could have received that night was, “cheer up, at least you don’t play for Centennial in Ohio.” lol
About Me
- J
- I love writing. If you want to know anything else just ask me or else read up! I have two blogs ("A Pen Itching To Bleed Onto Paper" and "The Rebirth of J"). One of my blogs (A Pen...) is updated more frequently than the other. "The Rebirth” is more of a story I am writing with my life whereas "A Pen" would be my random thoughts past, present, and future in this unfolding journey I call life. If this is your first time reading my blog, please visit Post #2 for the month of April 2008 in my "A Pen" blog archives... Thanks!
