So last night I stayed up to watch Amy Lee from Evanescence on Leno. Now, I used to listen to some of their stuff but not recently. I even have their first album, which I never really listened to.
And then there was the song! Lol If you have never heard Evanescence’s “Even in death” acoustic, you really are missing out. I think the lyrics make it a love song but who knows. The guitar sounds awesome on the track but the passion in Amy Lee’s voice really resounds and it is what makes this track stand out.
So then last night I watched her on leno and she was amazing. She performed “Sally’s song while playing the piano and finished it off by playing the harp. Lol Who does that? But let me tell you it was the coolest! So, I’m thinking I might give evanescence a second chance. Maybe I’ll go find their old album dust it off and give it a play. We’ll see.
About Me

- I love writing. If you want to know anything else just ask me or else read up! I have two blogs ("A Pen Itching To Bleed Onto Paper" and "The Rebirth of J"). One of my blogs (A Pen...) is updated more frequently than the other. "The Rebirth” is more of a story I am writing with my life whereas "A Pen" would be my random thoughts past, present, and future in this unfolding journey I call life. If this is your first time reading my blog, please visit Post #2 for the month of April 2008 in my "A Pen" blog archives... Thanks!
