Picture if you will a young couple arguing noisily in a rented car. The young lady has just found texts from a girl with whom the young man used to have a sexual relationship. She is enraged with jealousy and begins to question him about these messages. They have a huge argument that climaxes when the 20 year old young man punches the beautiful young woman with all of his might, damaging her both physically as well as emotionally. Here sits the man that she has trusted and loved striking at her like one would hit an enemy. Can you imagine how images of their first kiss, their first date or him holding a door open for her could be interrupted by flashed glimpses of his angered face yelling at her, interrupted by the swing of a fist? He then proceeds to put her in a headlock, perhaps forgetting that the attractive young woman is not his opponent in a 1st grade fight, and she begins to slip into unconsciousness. He also decides to bite her ears and finger as if he were some sort of beast. The entire time he heaves threats at her about beating her and even killing her, as the young woman struggles to stay sane in a time of such lunacy. She screams for help and a neighbor calls the police as the young man exits the vehicle and begins to walk away from the situation.
So how would you sentence this young man if you were the judge? Maybe 10 to 20 years? Maybe you would want him to get the maximum sentence permitted by law or, if you are like me, maybe you would like to take him in an area where he can’t escape and teach him NEVER to hit a woman by showing him how it feels to get the “ish” kicked out of you.
But if your name is “Chris Brown and you are rich and famous, you know what your punishment is? 5 years probation, 1400 hours of community service and mandatory domestic violence counseling. That’s it! I know people that have gotten more than that for being brown on a Friday night and this waste of a human life gets probation and community service? It’s an outrage! Let me know what you guys think about this?!

I'm all for taking him out somewhere and kicking the "ish" out of him. Then again I'm also a Domestic Violence survivor. It won't stop there, we'll hear about Mr. Brown's violence again when the heat dies down. (Hugs)Indigo
i wish she'd understand she deserves someone like that. that guy is a piece of trash. and he's ugly too!
