About Me

My photo
I love writing. If you want to know anything else just ask me or else read up! I have two blogs ("A Pen Itching To Bleed Onto Paper" and "The Rebirth of J"). One of my blogs (A Pen...) is updated more frequently than the other. "The Rebirth” is more of a story I am writing with my life whereas "A Pen" would be my random thoughts past, present, and future in this unfolding journey I call life. If this is your first time reading my blog, please visit Post #2 for the month of April 2008 in my "A Pen" blog archives... Thanks!

Community

Lately I’ve been noticing how interesting it is to be a part of this blogger world. I’ve never realized how much of a genuine community this seems to be. Occasionally you will receive your average drifter that just has a brief question or comment but then there are also those that honestly care for you. Those that have advice or are looking out for you based on the type of personality they perceive you to have and their own life experience. Those people that genuinely care for you and your existence, that want to challenge you, encourage you and lift you up. Those that laugh when you do, cry with you too and are generally concerned for you. Those that cling to your every blog and seem to truly care for you and the person that you paint yourself to be through your words. They are those people that you love to hear from and miss when they don’t comment you, almost like a social club, a church or dare I say almost an online family. I happen to love blogging, especially with the people that currently read my blog, leave me comments, and simply care about me.

It's a nice feeling isn't it? I have quite a few readers, but there are always those you know are genuine, reading what you have to say. Thanks for being one of the genuine friends out there. (Hugs)Indigo

Yes J. you do dare to say online family because I think that is what it is. I've been journaling since Oct. 2003 and have met the nicest people here who do care. I'm so glad I met you here.
