Breathing

This last weekend was my first Sectional youth rally. I was stressing over it big time. My problem is that I am an "I-type" personality(based on the DISC Personality test). This means that I can be inspiring, talkative, charming, etc. But I can also be very disorganized and i have the habit of trying to avoid stressful situations in hopes that it will all work out at the last procrastinated moment!

So i procrastinated for this rally. I waited for the week before to start working on certain parts of it. Other areas I did with time and then some were literally left last minute. And so it wasn't just the rally, it was the rush program and work and, well life that came together all at once and it was killing me. I was stressed like crazy. Well it all came down to the rally on saturday.

Luckily (with God's Help) Everything turned out great! We had worship, 2 hip-hop acts, and a dope word from God! The evening went extremely well. After the event, I was actually able to breath. Well this week I only have one day of RUSH left and I have friday off of work. Oh and Friday is my Sisters Birthday. Finally the well deserved break comes. What better place to celebrate a three day weekend then one of my two most Favorite places in the world.
