LOL! I read this quote yesterday (Friday) and it had me laughing. I guess I'm a little old fashioned but never have I thought that earrings were a guy thing. I went through my trendy phases when I was a kid and all but pierced ears were always a girl thing to me. I always thought it was really feminine, especially when guys had BOTH ears pierced. When it comes to piercings in general, they're not that fem, its only ear piercing. Eyebrows, nose, chin, and lip piercings all seem acceptable for guys. Now tongue piercings are different, I don't thing anybody should do that, lol.
It seems like guys are getting more and more fem these days. Earrings, plucked eyebrows, manicures and pedicures are considered normal these days. Back in the day (in my hood, lol) guys like that would have gotten mollywhopped, lol! Today all of this is acceptable, go figure. Either way, it is amazing to see how things change as time goes by.

im with you on this one J!! the whole metrosexual thing is soooo not cool!! i think its one step away from being gay but whatever. when a guy has prettier eyebrows than me, that's just not cute!!! i guess we're old-school! lol.
