About Me

My photo
I love writing. If you want to know anything else just ask me or else read up! I have two blogs ("A Pen Itching To Bleed Onto Paper" and "The Rebirth of J"). One of my blogs (A Pen...) is updated more frequently than the other. "The Rebirth” is more of a story I am writing with my life whereas "A Pen" would be my random thoughts past, present, and future in this unfolding journey I call life. If this is your first time reading my blog, please visit Post #2 for the month of April 2008 in my "A Pen" blog archives... Thanks!

Adding on to the P & C...

Julissa! Absolutely! That is exactly why Christians say vote republican. BUT!!! You have to look at the reality of the issues. Obama is against gay marriage and for civil unions! Most people would say he is pro gay marriages simply because he is a democrat, right?

as for abortions, well, he is pro choice. BUT! Mccain is in favor of Abortion in cases of rape and incest. So let's take it here, Mccain is in favor of abortion...sometimes. Well one would say, no, but it's justifiable in those cases BUT... in God's eyes, abortion is abortion regardless of circumstance! Just as sin is sin, none is greater than another. Thou shall not kill, right? It’s not thou shall not kill (use your own discretion). Right so in other words, neither of these men is acting as the bible explains or as God would want when it comes to this issue.

What Christian republicans don't look at is the fact that in Genesis God gave us the task of being caretakers of the earth and we're not doing that by continuing to deplete this earth of it's natural resources without looking to use other cleaner and renewable energy sources instead.

They don't look at the fact that this unjust war is killing more Americans than abortions ever can.

They don't look at the fact that republicans are in favor of cutting taxes for rich, upper class Americans as well as huge corporations and wanting to increase taxes on the lower and middle classes that are already suffering enough. And if you are a struggling American (as am I) you would know in your heart that that is not right. That is unjust.

Well anyway, just some of my P.O.V.
